FDA Public Health Notification: Updated Information on Custom Ultrasonics, Inc., Endoscope Washer/Disinfector

On 7/16/07 the FDA issued a letter to Custom Ultrasonics stating that the firm has now complied with the requirements of the Consent Decree and is permitted to resume manufacturing the System 83 Plus Washer/Disinfector and all accessories.
